LPN vs RN

There is no doubt that RNs earn more than LPNs. This difference will in most cases be brought about by where they work and their responsibilities. To be licensed, they will all have to sit for and pass an exam. It will also be required of them to pass a background check so as to be allowed in the workforce. These licenses will need to be current at all times.
